These Subscription Terms describe the auto-renewing "Purl & Row Plus" subscription. They supplement our Terms of Use and EULA.
1. Plans available
Purl & Row Plus is available as a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription. Both plans include a 2-week free trial for new subscribers.
2. Pricing
In Ireland, Plus costs EUR 0.49 a month or EUR 4.99 a year. Prices vary by region and currency. The App Store or Google Play checkout shows the authoritative price before you subscribe.
3. Free trial
New subscribers get a 2-week free trial on both monthly and yearly plans. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.
4. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price.
5. Billing
Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation and upon each renewal.
6. How to manage or cancel
iOS: Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Purl & Row Plus, and choose Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions, select Purl & Row Plus, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to Plus features until then.
7. Restoring purchases
Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall or in Settings to restore your subscription on a new device or after reinstalling the app. No account is needed; the restore is tied to your App Store or Google Play account.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
Android: Request a refund through Google Play within the eligible window.
9. Price changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price, you will be notified before the next renewal and can cancel if you do not agree to the new price.
10. What you get
Purl & Row Plus unlocks unlimited projects and advanced PDF markup (mask mode and multiple highlights per page).
11. Free tier
All counter features stay free forever: linked counters, repeats, reminders, count mode, touch lock, and timer. The free tier includes one project with basic PDF highlighting.
12. If your subscription lapses
If Plus lapses, you keep access to your first project only (the oldest non-sample project). Other projects stay listed but open the paywall. Nothing is deleted. Counters in the open project stay free. Resubscribing unlocks all projects again.
13. Family Sharing (iOS)
iOS subscriptions support Family Sharing. Up to six family members can access Plus with one subscription, subject to Apple's Family Sharing terms.
