This EULA is between you and TritonApps for the Purl & Row mobile application. It governs your use of the app and supplements our Terms of Use.
1. Scope of licence
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use Purl & Row on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Subscriptions
Purl & Row Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. See Subscription Terms for full details. All counter features remain free forever.
3. Maintenance & support
We provide support via support@tritonapps.com. We may update the app to fix bugs, add features, or improve performance. Updates may be required to continue using the app.
4. Consent to use of data
By using Purl & Row, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy. Pattern files stay on your device; we collect only subscription and crash data through RevenueCat and Sentry.
5. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies.
6. External services
The app uses RevenueCat for subscription management and Sentry for crash reporting. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Product claims & intellectual property
TritonApps, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession and use of it. In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, TritonApps will investigate and defend such claim.
9. Apple and Google as third-party beneficiaries
Apple and Google (where the app is downloaded from their respective stores) are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. They have the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
