These Terms of Use form the agreement between you and TritonApps, an indie studio based in the Republic of Ireland, for your use of the Purl & Row mobile app and website. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Purl & Row, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Licence & eligibility
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Purl & Row for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use the Service.
3. Permitted use & restrictions
You may use Purl & Row to track your knitting and crochet projects, import patterns you own, and export your data. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or sell the app. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' intellectual property rights.
4. Your content & local data
Your patterns, projects, counters, and notes stay on your device. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for backing up your data. Pattern files you import must be ones you own or have the right to use.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Purl & Row Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. See our Subscription Terms for pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play.
6. Intellectual property
Purl & Row, including its design, code, and content, is owned by TritonApps and protected by copyright and other laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.
7. Disclaimers
Purl & Row is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs. Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Purl & Row, including data loss.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
10. Changes to the app & terms
We may update Purl & Row and these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other means.
11. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
